Nut Graf

A Nut Graf is a paragraph of information in a non-fiction story that explains the news value of the story. The news value explains how much attention the story is given by the audience; the people, and if it's the story is taken in as news and if it's not, they explain what and why is not. It also summarizes the quality of the story, what the story really means and if people really i guess like it.
A Nut Graf is used in American English journalism terminology so in reports on recent events. These reports are based on non-fiction or fiction events that have happened recently to make a story.
