Portraits

Tips
"One way is to frame an interesting composition and then, with your compact camera mounted on a tripod or another means of support, use the self-timer (if your camera has one) to trip the shutter after you get into position in front of the lens."

"Focus upon one element of the image and leave your main subject blurred. To do this use a large aperture which will create a narrow depth of field and focus upon something in front of or behind your subject.
Environmental
This photo shows that this girl really likes swimming and that's maybe what she is doing later in her life. I like this photo because you can see the pool and she has a swimsuit on and she does look like she enjoys swimming.
The picture shows that this woman loves painting, maybe she has been doing it for a long time. I like it because it shows what she likes to do and she likes where she's at.
Casual

I like this because the baby isn't crying, he's playing with something, he's distracted. There's nothing big going on just little kid playing with a rose or something. The picture of the woman is just casually there, smiling, maybe wasn't thinking in taking a picture like this. She maybe got really for these pictures.
Photography self portrait

I like this photos because you can tell that it's not a selfie. Maybe taken by themselves or by someone else. They both are acting like themselves and acting like they are not going to take a picture.
