A. What are the main points you read about in the website above regarding manipulating images ?
Manipulating an image is all about taking the image and changing the original of the image.

B. What is the philosophy of newspapers like the Washington Post and the New York regarding image manipulation?
They provide photographers with strict guidelines on how to shoot and edit their photographs.

C. What do you think are acceptable things you could do to an image and not cross the line unto an unethical manipulation ?
Changing the background to how you see it the best to bring more attention to the point of the image what the image represents. Make the important information stand out.

I think the image is so unethical because it really doesn't show the importance and I don't think it;s standing out. The lettering should be the background so it would the man would stand out, the man should be more visible.

E.

This image is the least unethical because I can tell that the firefighter is the main point of the image, it's standing out, sure the background stands out too but the sun really doesn't matter in this image.
The important thing is the firefighter and whatever they are trying to do.
